FJ1 NFL Flag Football is the premier youth football league for boys and girls leagues ages 5 to 17 & also newly added adult league.  The program provides players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship.  We make it fun no matter what your experience levels are (all experiences are welcomed).  We provide a super fun experience for our athletes, along with many perks just to name a few: playing in one of the NFL regional tournaments after participating in our league, chance to participate in the NFL's Pro Bowl weekend if you win a regional tournament, experiences playing a game on a real NFL field and endless opportunities for the athlete's who wants the chance to participate on the elite flag football levels example: National girls/boys, Men's/Women's teams representing the USA.  All equipment is straight from the NFL for this league. FJ1 flag football league is geared towards all experience levels and is meant to build a strong foundation through the game of football.  The focus will be preparing kids for the contact leagues through teaching games basic, safety, and football fundamentals. The skills learned in this league will prepare all athletes for the next level whether it's flag football on an elite level or contact football.   All while having fun and making amazing memories.

FJ1 flag football camp is an amazing experience for all participants.  We learn the game of football/flag while having fun! We teach the safety and fundamentals of the game, conditioning/agility, position specific drills, flag pulling, competitions, Football games that put everything together learned in real game situations and much more.
