FJ1 Leadership Academy

FJ1 Leadership Academy was founded to provide and can customize professional learning that develops culturally responsive leaders equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to advance equity, including reflecting on their personal equity journey, defining and observing culturally responsive instruction, and building school and family coalitions.  FJ1 Leadership Academy is a curriculum of workshops and experiences designed to cultivate leadership excellence. The workshops help students to enhance their leadership competencies as well as develop their leadership potential. Our program help students with decision-making, communicating, problem-solving, emotional intelligence and adaptability.  We offer sports and recreation, wrap around services, workforce development and placement, educational programming, counseling and mentorship.   Message us for more information and to sign up.
